International Journal of Astronomy and Astrophysics (IJAA) is an international scientific journal dedicated to the publication and public discussion of high quality original research in all the fields of astrophysics and space sciences and related technology. All the manuscripts must be prepared in English and are sub…

Some evidences of possible duplicities of five asteroids are presented. A satellite of (279) Thule was convincingly detected by a stellar occultation on 2008 April 3 by Thule and also from follow-up light curve observations. The orbital period of the satellit…

The fundamental constants of Physics can be related via a numerical equivalence. This equivalence leads to a unitless transformation which reduces the number of fundamental constants and provides a simple relationship between E&M, gravitation and quantum mech…

In this paper we present astrophysical parameters of the very old open star cluster Berkeley 39 using 2MASS JHK data and observation of BV CCD photometry (V ~ 21.5 mag) in Johnson-Cousin filters. We have derived reddening, distance, metallicity and age etc. u…

Inertial mass is detected on Earth only when matter is accelerated or decelerated. Recently evidence has been reported for a low-level velocity oscillation with a period of 39 ± 1 Mpc (127 ± 3 Myr) superimposed on the Hubble flow. Like the Hubble flow, this o…

We have studied a reformed type of the classic restricted three-body problem where the bigger primary is radiating and the smaller primary is oblate; and they are encompassed by a homogeneous circular cluster of material points centered at the mass center of…

The axi-symmetric satellite problem including radiation pressure and drag is treated. The equations of motion of the satellite are derived. An energy-like is given for a general drag force function of the polar angle θ , and then it is used to find a relation…

Methylcyanopolyynes (CH 3 -[C≡C] n -CN) are a particular kind of linear molecular wires, where the first three oligomers have been detected in the interstellar medium, particularly in CW Leonis (IRC + 10216), as well as in the envelopes of carbon-rich stars i…

We review here the recent success in modeling our expanding universe according to the rules of flat space cosmology. Given only a few basic and reasonable assumptions and a single observational input, our model derives a variety of results which correlate wit…

Supernova explosions are described as very violent events which transfer a significant amount of energy to interstellar media and are responsible for a large variety of physical processes. This study does not discuss the actual explosion mechanisms but follow…

We present a new model of cosmology which appears to show great promise. Our flat space cosmology model, using only four basic and reasonable assumptions, derives highly accurate Hubble parameter H 0 , Hubble radius R 0 and total mass M 0 values for our obser…

Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
