International Journal of Astronomy and Astrophysics (IJAA) is an international scientific journal dedicated to the publication and public discussion of high quality original research in all the fields of astrophysics and space sciences and related technology. All the manuscripts must be prepared in English and are sub…

A method of time-frequency analysis (TFA) based on wavelets is applied to study the phase space structure of three-dimensional asymmetric triaxial galaxy enclosed by spherical dark halo component. The investigation is carried out in the presence and absence o…

The existence and stability of stationary solutions of the restricted three body problem under the effect of the dissipative force, Stokes drag, are investigated. It is observed that there exist two non collinear stationary solutions. Further, it is also foun…

Considering five dimensional plane symmetric metric, we discuss a model universe with different situations, by solving the modified Einstein field equations within the framework of Lyra geometry. We obtain many interesting realistic solutions governing the pr…

Study of the Cosmos, at best, is considered a semi-scientific discipline, primarily because the la-boratory for carrying out measurements and tests of theories (the Cosmos) has been largely inac-cessible for centuries. The cosmic vista into the yonder, howeve…

In this paper, a simple model for a closed multiverse as a finite probability space is analyzed. For each moment of time on a discrete time-scale, only a finite number of states are possible and hence each possible universe can be viewed as a path in a huge b…

Recent observation of oscillating the two stream instability (TSI) in a solar type III radio bursts and spatial damping of Langmuir oscillations has made this instability as an important candidate to understand the coronal heating problem. This instability ha…

Recently torsion fields were introduced in CP-violating cosmic axion a 2 -dynamos [Garcia de Andrade, Mod Phys Lett A, (2011)] in order to obtain Lorentz violating bounds for torsion. Here instead, oscillating axion solutions of the dynamo equation with torsi…

A detailed numerical simulation of a shock accelerated heavy gas (SF 6 ) cylinder surrounded by air gas is presented. It is a simplified configuration of the more general shock-accelerated inhomogeneous flows which occur in a wide variety of astrophysical sys…

The article r eports on the results of an analysis of the torsind behavior long-term observations. The torsind is a species of ultralight disc torsion balance. The data analysis showed that the signal recorded contains the 24-hour periodic component presumabl…

Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
