For limited distortion source coding, it is generally considered that the minimum value of the coding average distortion is 0, and the maximum value is the minimum distortion value of making R(D) = 0. This is the definition domain of the information rate dist…

Moving target indication (MTI) is an effective means for radar to find moving targets in clutter environment. This paper introduces the basic principles of MTI, how to avoid the blind speed problem and the optimization of MTI filter. Implementing the multi-no…
Zheng Dou, Weidong Song, Wenxu Zhang
This paper proposes a linear frequency modulation (LFM signal) and biphase coding (BC signal) mixed modulation signal called LFM-BC signal. LFM-BC signal has both LFM signal and BC signal two kinds of traditional signal advantages but makes up for their short…

We consider a carrier sense multiple access (CSMA) in an unslotted cognitive radio network with random residence time. In this system, if an arriving secondary user (SU) does not find any idle channels, then the SU either enters the back-off group or gives up…

Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
