The forward voltage of GaAlAs semiconductor diode has been measured in the temperature range 50 K - 300 K and for current values between 10 nA and 450 μA. The forward voltage as a function of temperature is least-squares fitted and the coefficients are given.…

The d.c. I-V characteristic of polycrystalline YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7-x high temperature superconductors (HTSC) is measured near the transition temperature (T c ). The T c was found to be 90 K with a width of 2 K. The voltage was measured at various current values an…

We have constructed cosmological models for string cloud and domain walls coupled with quark matter in Lyra geometry. For this purpose we have solved the field equations using anisotropy feature of the universe, special law of variation for Hubble’s parameter…

Curved space-time 4-interval of any probe particle does not contradict to flat non-empty 3-space which, in turn, assumes the global material overlap of elementary continuous particles or the nonlocal Universe with universal Euclidean geometry. Relativistic pa…

In this paper we have given a direct deduction of the auxiliary Lorentz transforms from the consideration of Maxwell. In the Maxwell’s theory, if c is considered to be the speed of light in ether space, his equations should be affected on the surface of the m…

Previously the 5D homogeneous space-time metric was introduced with explicitly given projection operators in matrix form which map the 5D space-time manifold into a Lorentzian space-time. Based on this projection model, vector field and spinor solutions are f…

A systematization for the manipulations and calculations involving divergent (or not) Feynman integrals, typical of the one loop perturbative solutions of Quantum Field Theory, is proposed. A previous work on the same issue is generalized to treat theories an…

In this article an idea is presented, which allows for the explanation of superluminal muon neutrinos. It is based on the introduction of a new superluminal, massless gauge boson coupling to the neutrino only, but not to other standard model particles. The mo…

A linear Hamiltonian in spatial derivative that satisfies Klein-Gordon equation was used starting from energy momentum relation for free particle was solved in agreement with the matrices and bearing in mind their suitability in terms of anticommutation relat…

Based on the divergence theorem, we reveal that the Fickian first law relevant to the diffusion flux | J(t,x,y,z) > in the time and space is incomplete without an integral constant | J 0 (t) > for the integral of Fickian second law. The new diffusion flux (ND…

Journal of Modern Physics is an international journal dedicated to the latest advancements in modern physics. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of modern physics. All… All articles are open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence, with authors retaining copyright.
Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
