Journal of Modern Physics is an international journal dedicated to the latest advancements in modern physics. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of modern physics. All…

We in this paper propose a model to increase the diffraction efficiency of a holographic grating at 1550 nm for multiplexing application. To use such a grating, polarization dependence loss is introduced analytically and then optimized for its minimum value A…

A pair of stainless steel (ss) plates separates the source and target regions of a double plasma device. Two sets of tungsten filaments, placed at different distances from the ss plates, are then used to produce plasma alternately and the plasma parameters in…

We develop in the weak coupling approximation a quasi-non-Markovian master equation and study the phenomenon of decoherence during the operation of a controlled-not (CNOT) quantum gate in a quantum computer model formed by a linear chain of three nuclear spin…
Haixia Gao, Zeshun Chen, Chunshu Li, Changming Xiao
The depletion interactions of the three-sphere system in which the three spheres are on one line are studied by Monte Carlo simulations. The depletion interactions are determined by ARM, and the coupling effect was proved by the numerical result that the depl…

Hamieh and Abbas [1] propose using a 3-dimensional real algebra in a solution of the Dirac equation. We show that this algebra, denoted by , belongs to a large class of quadratic Jordan algebras with subalgebras isomorphic to the complex numbers and that the…

Three-electrode plasma jet system consisting of a perforated dielectric tube with two outer and one floating inner electrodes was developed and employed for nano-coating processes of Si [1 0 0] wafer. Lowered gas breakdown voltage, increasing plasma density a…

The transversal conductivity of the gap-modification of the graphene was studied in the cases of weak nonquatizing and quantizing magnetic field. In the case of nonquantizing magnetic field the expression of the current density was derived from the Boltzmann…

Telegraph equations describing the particle densities in Brownian movement on a lattice site have been derived and it has been shown that the complementary classical Dirac equation appears naturally as the consequence of correlations in particle trajectories…

If electrons (e) and holes (h) in metals or semiconductors are heated to the temperatures Te and Th greater than the lattice temperature Tp , the electron-phonon interaction causes energy relaxation. In the non-uniform case a momentum relaxation occurs as wel…
Zdzisław Pluta, Tadeusz Hryniewicz
The work covers a novel approach to the description of the phenomenon of thermal expansion of solids. The reason for undertaking the scientific quest is presented to follow with the analysis of existing knowledge on the characteristics of phenomenon of therma…

Journal of Modern Physics is an international journal dedicated to the latest advancements in modern physics. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of modern physics. All… All articles are open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence, with authors retaining copyright.
Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
