The World Journal of Mechanics (WJM) will cover the general field of mechanics including the mechanics of solids, structures and fluids and their interaction. The goal of this journal is to provide an international forum for the publication and dissemination of original work which contributes to the understanding of t…
Julio Cano
This paper presents the reference criteria of rotational dynamics of accelerated systems in the field of Rational Mechanics, exposing the differentiation between inertial and non-inertial dynamic systems, and describes the unique research project developed by…
Almudena Martín
This text comprises a brief description and summary of THE FLIGHT OF THE BOOMERANG , in which for the first time its author, Gabriel Barceló, presented the Theory of Dynamic Interactions in a book (2006). This book proposes foundations for new hypotheses in r…
Justo Merino
This paper is a commentary to the book: New Paradigm in Physics—Theory of Dynamic Interactions , published by Gabriel Barceló. The paper describes the origins of the Theory of Dynamic Interactions, his contents and certain circumstances of it. He remembers ce…
Francisco J. Dalby
This paper is an extract of the prologue to the book: New Paradigm in Physics—Theory of Dynamic Interactions [1], published by Gabriel Barceló. This summary describes the elements that constitute the characteristics of the Theory of Dynamic Interactions, and…
Federico García Moliner
This paper was the prologue to the first book published by Gabriel Barceló on the Theory of Dynamic Interactions, entitled: The Flight of the Boomerang. However, this text, is fully current, as well as the book itself. The book described mainly the initial hi…
Amin Ghobadi
This paper is a short introduction to the common type of damages in composite structures and different ways of their inspection. Due to the high increase of interest in composite materials in past decades and their usage in different structures, there is a ne…
V. M. Somsikov
The role of nonlinearities in the dynamics of the non-equilibrium systems is considered. Various types of nonlinearities for dynamical systems with holonomic and nonholonomic constraints are studied. Features of the nonlinearity responsible for the evolution…
Christoph Brücker, Uwe Schnakenberg, Alexander Rockenbach, Vladimir Mikulich
A biomimetic approach is used to generate a directed transversal transportation of micron-sized particles in liquids based on the principle of cilia-type arrays in coordinated motion. Rows of flaps mimicking planar cilia are positioned off-centre along an arr…
Fekry Mohamed Hady, A. Mahdy, Ramadan Abdalla Mohamed, Omima A. Abo Zaid
This paper presents a numerical study of the problem of unsteady thermo bioconvection boundary layer flow of a nanofluid containing gyrotactic microorganisms along a stretching sheet under the influence of magnetic field and viscous dissipation. With the help…
A. Sah, Prakash Chandra
In the present investigation of a spherically symmetric electrically neutral anisotropic static fluid, we present a new solution of the Einstein’s general relativistic field equations. The solution shows positive finite central pressures, central density and…

Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
