The design of telecommunication network with capacity constraints of links, routers and ports of routers is considered in this paper. Specially, we limit each demand flow traversed through a pre-speci fi ed maximal number of links (called hops) under node fai…

Ellipsoid modeling is essential in a variety of fields, ranging from astronomy to medicine. Many response surfac es can be approximated by a hemi-ellipsoid, allowing estimation of shape, magnitude, and orientation via ortho gonal vectors. If the shape of the…

The objective of the paper is to deal with a kind of possibilistic linear programming (PLP) problem involving multiple objectives of conflicting nature. In particular, we have considered a multi objective linear programming (MOLP) problem whose objective is t…

We analyze an infinite horizon discrete time inventory model with deterministic but non-stationary demand for a single product at a single stage. There is a finite cycle of vectors of characteristics of the environment (demand, fixed ordering cost, variable p…

Let G be a graph of order n , and let a and b be integers , such that 1 ≤ a < b . Let H be a subgraph of G with m (≤ b ) edges, and δ ( G ) be the minimum degree. We prove that G has a [ a , b ]- factor containing all edges of H if , , and when a ≤ 2, .

In this paper, an epidemic SIS model with nonlinear infectivity on heterogeneous networks and time delays is investigated. The oscillatory behavior of the solutions is studied. Two sufficient conditions are provided to guarantee the oscillatory behavior for t…

The problem of a micropolar fluid about an accelerated disk rotating with angular velocity Ω proportional to time has been studied. By means of the usual similarity transformations, the governing equations are reduced to ordinary non-linear differential equat…

Hurst’s memory that roots in early work of the British hydrologist H.E. Hurst remains an open problem in sto chastic hydrology. Today, the Hurst analysis is widely used for the hydrological studies for the memory and characteristics of time series and many me…
