Recently I published a paper in the journal ALAMT ( Advances in Linear Algebra & Matrix Theory ) and explored the possibility of obtaining products of vectors in dimensions higher than three [1]. In continuation to this work, it is proposed to develop, throug…

This paper deals with the construction of approximate series solutions of diffusion models with stochastic excita tion and nonlinear losses using the homotopy analysis method (HAM). The mean, variance and other statistical properties of the stochastic solutio…

A maximum test in lieu of forcing a choice between the two dependent samples t-test and Wilcoxon signed-ranks test is proposed. The maximum test, which requires a new table of critical values, maintains nominal α while guaranteeing the maximum power of the tw…

This paper uses the ARMA model method to fit the data of the urban and the rural residents ’ per capita income in China and builds the MA(2) and AR(2) model. With the model , this paper predicts their trends in 5 years, also uses the prediction to analyze the…

In the present communication, we have obtained the optimum probability distribution with which the messages should be delivered so that the average redundancy of the source is minimized. Here, we have taken the case of various generalized mean codeword length…

In this paper, using Local Linking Theorem, we obtain the existence of multiple solutions for a class of semilinear elliptic equations with nonlinear boundary conditions, in which the nonlinearites are compared with higher Neumann eigenvalue and the first Ste…

A general and elementary protein folding step was described in a previous article. Energy conservation during this folding step yielded an equation with remarkable solutions over the field of rational numbers. Sets of sequences optimized for folding were deri…

We give a general formula of the quantum sl 2 -invariant of a family of braid knots. To compute the quantum invariant of the links we use the Lie algebra g= sl 2 in its standard two-dimensional representation. We also recover the Jones polynomial of these kno…
