Statistical analysis of lifetime data is a significant topic in social sciences, engineering, reliability, biomedical and others. We use the generalized weighted exponential distribution, as a generator to introduce a new family called generalized weighted ex…

The goal of tomography is to reconstruct a spatially-varying image function s ( x , m ), where x is position and m is a finite-length vector of parameters. Many reconstruction methods minimize the total L 2 error E ≡ e T e , where individual errors e i quanti…

The Krein-Rutman theorem is vital in partial differential equations that are non-linear and provides evidence of the presence of several significant eigenvalues useful in topological degree calculations, stability analysis, and bifurcation theory. Schr?der ’s…

An important problem of actuarial risk management is the calculation of the probability of ruin. Using probability theory and the definition of the Laplace transform one obtains expressions, in the classical risk model, for survival probabilities in a finite…

A new approach for solving polynomial equations is presented in this study. Two techniques for solving quartic equations are described that are based on a new method which was recently developed for solving cubic equations. Higher order polynomial equations a…

In this paper, we study the existence of nodal solutions of the following general Sch ö dinger-Kirchhoff type problem: where a , b > 0, N ≥ 3, g : R → R + is an even differential function and g' ' ( s ) ≥ 0 for all s ≥ 0, h : R → R is an odd differential…

In diffusion Monte Carlo methods, depending on the geometry continuous diffusion can be simulated in many ways such as walk-on-spheres (WOS), walk-on-planes (WOP), walk-on-rectangles (WOR) and so on. The diffusion ways are conformally the same satisfying the…

Chebyshev collocation method is used to approximate solutions of two-point BVP arising in modelling viscoelastic flow. The scheme is tested on four nonlinear problems. The comparison with other methods is made. The results demonstrate the reliability and effi…

In recent years, as the enrollment rate of Chinese colleges has increased year by year, the identification of needy undergraduates has become increasingly important. However, the traditional way to identify college students with financial difficulties mainly…

We called graph G non-singular if adjacency matrix A ( G ) of G is non-singular. A connected graph with n vertices and n -1, n and n +1 edges are called the tree, the unicyclic graph and the bicyclic graph. Respectively, as we all know, each connected bicycli…

Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
