Due to continuous scaling of CMOS, stability is a prime concerned for CMOS SRAM memory cells. As scaling will increase the packing density but at the same time it is affecting the stability which leads to write failures and read disturbs of the conventional 6…

In this paper, the He’s parameter-expanding method (HPEM) and the 4q-Boubaker Polynomials Expansion Scheme (BPES) are used in order to obtain analytical solutions to the non-linear modified Van der Pol’s oscillating circuit equation. The resolution protocols…
Nihal Kularatna, Chandani Jindasa
A series connected power semiconductor array, with digital control capability could be used for developing single phase AC regulators or other applications such as AC electronic loads. This technique together with an ordinary gapless transformer could be used…
Renbo Xu, Hongjian Li, Yongzhi Li, Changqian Zhang
A new type of high power LED drivers is proposed by adopting an improved two-stages non-isolated configuration. In order to improve power factor and achieve accurate average current control under universal input voltages ranging from 100 Vrms to 240 Vrms, the…
Mehmet Sağbaş
In this paper, two new electronically tunable filter configurations are proposed. The proposed filters operate current-mode (CM), voltage-mode (VM), transimpedance-mode (TIM) and transadmittance-mode (TAM). The first configuration realizes second-order VM ban…
