EPE, a monthly journal, publishes research and review articles in all important aspects of electric power engineering and other professionals involved in the electric power industry. Both experimental and theoretical papers are acceptable provided they report important findings, novel insights, or useful techniques in…
Stephen Bani, Sydney Abbey, Nii Quaynor, Emmanuel Adusei Essel
The increase of micro and nano devices has led to the miniaturization and multi-functionalization of micro-mechanical, communication, imaging, sensing, chemical analytical and biomedical devices. The devices so mentioned above need power sources that are port…
Luc Vivien Assiene Mouodo, Jean Gaston Tamba, Olivier Sosso Mayi, Lawren Bibaya
This article highlights an optimal robust control technique called H-infinity, which thanks to a particular algorithm offers several solutions in the experimental implementation of harmonic compensators of systems with API-siemens modules. This control and co…

A theoretical study of a polysilicon solar cell with a radial junction in static regime under monochromatic illumination is presented in this paper. The junction radial solar cell geometry is illustrated and described. The carriers’ diffusion equation is esta…
Godwin Effiong, Priye Kenneth Ainah, Jackson Karniliyus
The ability of power system to survive the transition from preloading state to the gradual increase in load and thereafter reach an acceptable operational condition is an indication of transient stability of the system. The study analyzed load shedding scheme…

This work deals with determining the optimum thickness of the base of an n + /p/p + silicon solar cell under monochromatic illumination in frequency modulation. The continuity equation for the density of minority carriers generated in the base, by a monochrom…
Usman Ashraf, M. Tariq Iqbal
This paper is about the optimized design and analysis of two solar water pumping systems in which one of the systems is designed with a battery bank and other with a cylindrical water tank for a selected site in Pakistan. The design, sizing, cost analysis and…

EPE, a monthly journal, publishes research and review articles in all important aspects of electric power engineering and other professionals involved in the electric power industry. Both experimental and theoretical papers are acceptable provided they report important findings, novel insights, or useful techniques in… All articles are open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence, with authors retaining copyright.
Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
