This paper presents a study to optimize the heating energy costs in a residential building with varying electricity price signals based on an Economic Model Predictive Controller (EMPC). The investigated heating system consists of an air source heat pump (ASH…
Laijun Chen, Yuyang Wang, Tianwen Zheng, Zhenquan Sun, 1 1, 1 1
A consensus-based distributed control method of coordinated VSGs with communication time delays in isolate microgrid is proposed. When time delays are considered in communication, there are some effects on frequency restoration and active power output allocat…

A compound relay protection operation criterion is proposed based on Kirchhoff’s Current Law and abnormal data detecting algorithm. The abnormal data detecting algorithm are proposed after deep research on the abnormal data properties. The current transformer…
Zhen Mei, Bo Ruan, Yu Li, Jun Huang, Cheng Long
This paper proposed a method of optimal economic life interval evaluation of transformer, thus providing scientific support for power system planning and reconstruction. First, obtaining the transformer failure rate by using Levenberg-Marquardt based least sq…

The line side winding is under the fundamental frequency AC voltage, while the valve side winding contains not only fundamental AC voltage component, but also the DC voltage component, fundamental AC voltage component, and higher harmonic voltage components w…
Yu Qin, Yu Bai, Minghao Wen
This article studies the fault recorder in power system and introduces the Comtrade format. Andituses C++ programming to read recorded fault data and adopts Fourier analysis and symmetrical component method to filter and extract fundamental waves. Finally the…

Both experimental and theoretical papers are acceptable provided they report important findings, novel insights, or useful techniques in… All articles are open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence, with authors retaining copyright.
Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
