It is shown that the increase in the current of an asymmetric p-n-junction, caused by perturbation of potential barrier height and increasing recombination current in a strong microwave field, is suppressed by light generated photo carriers, leading to the di…

This paper presents a high efficiency Doherty power amplifier suitable for TV band applications. A class AB power amplifier is firstly implemented using a commercial GaN HEMT from Cree Incorporation, achieving a high power-added-efficiency of 77.78% and a 40.…

In previous modeling works, the waveguide radiation in the free space is modeled using an infinite flange in aperture plan. In this paper, we propose a new formulation to analyze the radiation of twin rectangular waveguides in free space. Our formulation cons…

Metamaterial structure based on split ring resonators (SRR) is proposed in order to produce a negative refractive index. For this structure we have used a new approach, instead of applying light perpendicularly incident. We apply horizontally incident input w…

As a result of investigating analytically and experimentally the interchangeability between thermal, electrical and magnetic energies, it is proved in the presented study that the electric and magnetic energies have an equivalent grade and nature as the therm…

In this article, the comparison of excitation in high frequencies of acoustic-electromagnetic wave in piezoelecric crystal and crystal with potential of deformation GaAs is investigating. Possible mechanisms of coupling different hybrid waves are the piezoeff…

In spite of 36 years epidemiologic research, there is still an ongoing controversy about a causal link between childhood leukemia (CL) and exposure to extremely low frequency (ELF) magnetic fields (MF). Public concern has been increased by the fact that ELF M…

Concern about brain cancer risks from mobile phone use, in particular of glioma, is mainly based on epidemiologic studies reporting on an increased risk estimate (odds ratio, OR) in particular of long-term and/or heavy users. Concern is enhanced by contradict…

In this paper, we coupled the Quantum Mechanics conventional Schr ö dinger’s equation, for the particles, with the Maxwell’s wave equation, in order to study the potential’s role on the conversion of the electromagnetic field energy to mass and vice vers…

A fuel bed was constructed where various vegetation species could be used as combustion fuel. The fuel bed was equipped with a thermocouple to measure fire temperature and a two-port automatic network analyser to measure microwave scattering parameters in fla…

Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
