JEMAA is a professional journal in the field of electromagnetic analysis, testing and application. The goal of this journal is to provide an international platform for engineers and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the field of electromagnetics. It i…

We present a resistor loaded EBG surface (REBG) for antenna design. Specifically, lumped resistors are embedded be tween periodic metal patches of mushroom like EBG structures. Surface wave propagation along the REBG surface is analyzed as a periodically load…

A new interpolation method for rotation and divergence free fields is presented. It is based on a suitable choice of a tricubic interpolation scheme and reaches an accuracy of third order in grid size (Δ x ). With the interpolation method it is possible to in…

Numerical methods are used to evaluate variations of the electromagnetic fields generated by a head-sized birdcage coil as a function of load (“loading effect”). The loading effect was analyzed for the cases of a coil loaded with a conductive cylindrical samp…

T his work clarif ies the relation between Maxwell, Dirac and Majorana neutrino equations presenting an original way to derive the Dirac and neutrino equation from the chiral electrodynamics leading, perhaps, to novel conception in the mass generation by elec…
Francisco Bulnes, Antonio Álvarez
Considering results obtained in magnetic levitation and suspension of the symmetrical bodies are designed and developed several experiments of the electromagnetism that demonstrate the effects of a superconductor necessary to the magnetic levitation/suspensio…

This paper presents a new concept to implement a tunable filter metamaterial with dual negative refraction composed of ferrite slabs and metallic resonators, including split-ring resonators (SRR), and short wire pairs. The ferrite slabs under an applied magne…

In mechanical gear systems, dust, noise, vibration, and tooth wear are generated by frictions among gear teeth, and suppressing friction requires lubrication. Magnetic gears transmit torque by magnetic forces without contact and so avoid contact-related probl…

The way of increase of storage period of agricultural raw materials under the influence of low frequency electromagnetic field (EMF LF) has been considered in the article. Existing developments of the EMF LF usage on the base of patents have been examined. Th…

We applied multiple parameters method (MPM) to obtain natural frequency of the nonlinear oscillator with rational restoring force. A frequency analysis is carried out and the relationship between the angular frequency and the initial amplitude is obtained in…

This paper proposes a quasi-static conformal mapping analysis to analytically evaluate the input resistance of Archi medean spiral antenna at its radiation region. The deviation from the original constructs of band theory for two-wire spiral antennas leads to…

Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
