JEMAA is a professional journal in the field of electromagnetic analysis, testing and application. The goal of this journal is to provide an international platform for engineers and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the field of electromagnetics. It i…

We study the analogy between the linear elasticity theory equations and classical Maxwell equation with chiral effects and we propose a new method of an earthquake-resistant design to support conventional aseismic designs using acoustic metamaterials. We sugg…

The flow and heat transfer of an incompressible viscous electrically conducting fluid over a continuously moving vertical infinite plate with uniform suction and heat flux in porous medium, taking account of the effects of the variable viscosity, has been con…

The start-oscillation-current of a gyro-TWT (gyrotron traveling-wave tube) determines the stable operating current level of the device. The amplifier is susceptible to oscillations when the operating current level is higher than the start-oscillation current.…

The Controlled Source Electromagnetic Method (CSEM) is used for offshore hydrocarbon exploration. Hydrocarbon detection in seabed logging (SBL) is a very challenging task for deep hydrocarbon reservoirs. The electromagnetic field response of an antenna is una…

It is very important for the car users to have several communication systems and many antennas, which respond to the demands of aesthetics and efficiency. In this case, it is necessary to consider different types of materials and geometries. Among the automob…

This paper proposes a hybrid full-wave analysis using Finite-Difference Time-Domain (FDTD) and Wave Concept Iterative Process (WCIP) methods, developed to analyze locally arbitrarily shaped microwave structures and Multilayer Planar structure. Using the equiv…

In this paper, it is proved the ability of quantity reconstruction, amplitudes and coordinates of metallic strip local scattering sources from the backscattering pattern. They are performed as the results of numerical solution for the infinite perfect conduct…
Di Feng, Chunxi Zhang, Lishuang Feng, Yuanhong Yang
A kind of Subwavelength Planar Metallic Lenses (SPMLs) is proposed to realize far-field optical focusing in the visible range based on concentric rings with modulated width in a silver film. The width of each metallic ring is mutative so that the radiation fi…

A simple and explicit derivation for the electric and magnetic fields in the ferromagnetic cores has been studied. An improved model for analyzing the distribution of electric and magnetic fields in a toroidal core is given. This leads to a basis system for t…

This paper presents a mathematical model to calculate transients in grounding systems. The derived equations arise from direct application of basic electromagnetic equations in frequency domain, whose solution is obtained by the application of the Moment Meth…

Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
