JEMAA is a professional journal in the field of electromagnetic analysis, testing and application. The goal of this journal is to provide an international platform for engineers and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the field of electromagnetics. It i…
Pavel Zuniga- Haro, Juan Manuel Ramirez
The aim of this paper is to contribute to the dynamic modeling of multi-pulse voltage sourced converter based static synchronous series compensator and static synchronous compensator. Details about the internal functioning and topology connections are given i…
Ozgur Genc, Mehmet Bayrak, Ercan Yaldiz
In this paper, electromagnetic (EM) pollution (or radiation) measurements in a transmitter region were performed and statistical analysis of values recorded for the EM sources causing pollution was carried out. The actual measurement values and the estimated…

The integral heat model for the system of the Earth’s surface—the atmosphere—the open space based on the electrical circuit analogy is presented. Mathematical models of the heat balance for this system are proposed. Heat circuit which is analog of the electri…

The sunspot number is becoming an increasingly insufficiently reliable parameter for the determination of the time of minimum of a solar cycle during the prolonged and deep minimum of the 23rd solar cycle. Moreover, the sunspot number does not quantitatively…
Perambur Neelakanta, Swee-Hock Lim
This article describes a passive, economical strategy towards enhancing the security feature of conventional plastic cards by embedding a set of electromagnetic (EM) material that emulates an invisible “watermarking”. This is an overlay strategy to prevailing…
I. Minin, O. Minin
Demonstrated that analog of diffractive and refractive 3D optics in free space can be developed to manipulate surface waves such as surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs). It has been shown that an air-gap control of a floating dielectric block can generate the dy…
D. Chen, L.M. Xu, B.S. Zhang, H.G. Ma
The reliability of electronic device is threatened in high power microwave (HPM) environment. In accordance with the situation that the emulation is ineffective in evaluating the accuracy and precision of the HPM effect to electronic device, the experimental…
Y.J. Huang, G.J. Wen, T.Q. Li, K. Xie
This paper report on a low-loss, broadband, and tunable negative refractive index metamaterial (NRIM) consisting of yttrium iron garnet (YIG) slabs and printed circuit boards (PCBs). The YIG slabs under an applied magnetic field provide a negative permeabilit…
P. K. Singhal, S. Mathur, R. N. Baral
A compact narrowband non-degenerate dual-mode microstrip filter with square shape cuts is presented. The structure is developed by loading the conventional non-degenerate dual-mode resonator by open circuit stubs at two opposite corners. The filter bandwidth…
F. S. Mohammed, S. E. A. A. Yahya, A.G. Elramady
The effect of varying the temperature and the concentration of ammonium nitrate solution on the stress corrosion cracking (SCC) susceptibility of mild steel is studied. An increase in the temperature causes a decrease in the stress corrosion life. It appears…

Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
