This work deals with the study of the reflection and transmission properties of plane periodic structures composed of N periods (1 ≤ N ≤ 3 ) in the MHz frequency range. The period consists of two bounded plates presenting a high acoustic impedance contrast on…

It is consider that , from the standpoint of the law of conservation of energy, the process of converting sound wave falls on the boundary between two spaces in two, leaving the boundary, reflected and passage. It is assumed that the simultaneous presence of…

This paper receive s the characteristic equation for the determine of wave numbers of phase velocities of elastic waves , in the thin cylindrical shell with the help of the dynamic theory of the elasticity for the transversely isotropic medium and of the hypo…

The purpose of this letter is to present the corrected expressions for the four-pole transmission matrix for a duct with a linear temperature gradient and an exponential temperature profile, described in Sujith [1]. The corrected equations are used in the ana…

The propagation of classical waves in one-dimensional random media is examined in presence of short-range correla tion in disorder. A classical analogous of the Kronig-Penney model is proposed by means a chain of repeated sub-sys tems, each of them constitute…

The one-dimensional quantum hydrodynamic (QHD) model for a three - specie quantum plasma is used to study the quantum counterpart of the well known dust ion-acoustic wave (DIAW). It is found that owing to the quantum effects , the dynamics of small but fi nit…

Camouflage voice is the common check material form in judicial voice testing field that brings about many difficulties to speaker identification. Aiming at the electroacoustic disguised voice, we get fundamental frequency variation rule before and after voice…

Reverberation time within studio ’ s decor is changed because of addition of its surface to the overall surfaces of the stu dio and also the additional absorption of its materials. It seems reverberation time changes due to studio ’ s decor is little because…

A passive fathometer can be formed by two vertically separated hydrophones. The depth can be estimated from the Green’s function between the hydrophones, which is calculated from the cross-correlation between ocean ambient noise fields received at those two h…
