Circuits and Systems (CS) is an international journal dedicated to the latest advancements in circuits and systems. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of circuits and…
Jen-Yu Shieh, Luke K. Wang, Ming-Lei Chiu
Light source carrying a high color rendering index (CRI) finds potential applications in people’s everyday life as well as lighting industry. Combination of multi-wavelength LED light sources with designated direct emission sources can achieve warm-white and…

Using a new Admittance-based model for electrical noise able to handle Fluctuations and Dissipations of electrical energy, we explain the phase noise of oscillators that use feedback around L-C resonators. We show that Fluctuations produce the Line Broadening…
Fabrizio Palma, Stefano Perticaroli
The paper presents an analytical derivation of Floquet eigenvalues and eigenvectors for a class of harmonic phase and quadrature oscillators. The derivation refers in particular to systems modeled by two parallel RLC resonators with pulsed energy restoring. P…

To meet the increasing demands for higher performance and low-power consumption in present and future Systems-on-Chips (SoCs) require a large amount of on-die/embedded memory. In Deep-Sub-Micron (DSM) technology, it is coming as challenges, e.g., leakage powe…
Nima Ahmadpoor, Ebrahim Farshidi
In this paper, new complex band pass filter architecture for continuous time complex band pass sigma delta modulator is presented. In continuation of paper the modulator is designed for GPS and Galileo receiver. This modulator was simulated in standard 0.18 μ…

The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of circuits and… All articles are open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence, with authors retaining copyright.
Authors submit their manuscript, metadata, and declarations through the portal. There is no submission fee.
The editorial office screens the manuscript for scope, completeness, and formatting before assigning a handling editor.
At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript under single-blind review. Where revisions are required, authors respond point by point.
On acceptance the article processing charge is invoiced and the CC BY 4.0 copyright handover is signed.
The article is copyedited, typeset, and given a DOI, then publishes open access with a permanent link.
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submit in Microsoft Word or LaTeX with figures at 300 dpi minimum. Structure research articles as Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and References.
Use the journal's numbered (Vancouver) reference style. Cite sources consecutively in the order they appear, and ensure every reference is complete and retrievable.
